Education & Training

A seasoned Ghanaian IT Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the IT Industry spanning between the IT Industry, Fast Moving Consumer Goods FMCG, and the Government sector. She is currently the Head of Client Services for a private company INTU-IT, 2016 to date, running projects under the auspices of Controller and Accountants General Department, CAGD consulting for them on their payroll processes and data management. Her roles involve, working with Third-party institutions in the financial, insurance, unions, managing their data, training, client services and all IT related issues.

Jemima also lived and worked in London with the Barking and Dagenham borough as a Network Assistant attached to the Special Needs children’s department in the year 2001 to 2003, coordinating their file system, booking appointments, and ensuring their computer equipment worked together seamlessly. Jemima worked with Unilever Ghana Ltd as a Service Desk Analyst handling all users, customers, and IT-related issues within the company’s sub region, the year 2005-2015 when she relocated to Ghana.

Jemima is currently pursuing her Master’s in Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and Project Management Certification, with Project Management Institution, PMI, she is a member of the PMI and PMP trained.

Jemima also holds a Degree in BSc in Computer Science and Diploma in Data Processing both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in the year 2013 and 1997 respectively She is a mother of 3 children, a girl and 2 boys.  Also, as a youth advocate, she has engaged with some youth clubs like AWANA clubs and TEENS ALOUD FOUNDATION guiding, training, and mentoring young people through her church.
